Schools for the future: marcomms support

Created a marcomms plan, campaign creative, bidder launch materials and public consultation DM campaign to communicate the objectives of the project, generate commitment and excitement among key stakeholders. Consultation event attendance broke all past records and the bidder target was surpassed.
